Lessons from the NET 🎾
Â
1. Have a mantra (I use the song Black and Yellow) to get you on the court before each point!
2. Shake off bad things quickly - that poor call, an unforced error or double faulting. Let it go!
3. Stay grateful! Know that you are so lucky to even be playing tennis!
4. Take long, slow and deep breaths between points - this is soothing.
5. Have a technique that creates physical presence - I like to tap my feet with the racket to ground myself.
