The more understanding, communication, compassion and empathy there between partners - the better the partnership will be.

I have had hundreds of partners, made and female - from a 2.5 beginner to a 5.5 open player!
The one constant is - if I know how to put myself in their shoes - understand their desires and motivation - then we can play well together!

On the other hand - if I try to change then, or if I judge then or even worse if I am coaching them - the match will not go well!

Being disparaging and demeaning is a recipe for disaster!
